About Us
The Stuart Family:
Johnny is a North Carolina native who grew up with a passion for fishing in the outer banks. It is that passion that sparked his love for not only cooking (and eating) seafood, but the fishing community that supports it. All that, combined with Johnny’s 9+ years of experience in corporate retail supply chain led him to the idea of creating Stuart Fish Co.
Ellen was born and raised in Anderson and is a Speech Language Pathologist by trade. She loves working with children and also sees Stuart Fish Co. as the perfect way for her to continue giving back to the Anderson community she has always loved.
Together, the couple hopes that Stuart Fish Co. will become a light in the upstate community and something their son can eventually pass on down the road.
